The University of Rochester Medical Center has chosen Cogenic to perform the mechanical work for the prestigious Donor Relations center. This exquisitely renovated area will become the reception point for many of the university’s most important contributors.

Cogenic was selected to replace the heating system in Conair Corporation’s 411,000 square foot distribution center in Milford, New Jersey. The project will include the installation of four Cambridge roof-mounted heaters; each fired at 2,200,000 Btu’s an hour. Work is expected to be completed in October.

Cogenic, LLC was selected by The Nichols Team to perform mechanical renovations for the Rochester Gas & Electric relocation of their Fossil/Hydro control division. The newly remodeled facility contains a critical operations 24-hour a day manned computerized monitoring system that requires year-round air conditioning and a back up generator for emergencies.
